The Apartment

Built in 2006, our 2 bedroom luxury apartment is clean, comfortable and a short distance from local amenities within La Union and a short drive to larger towns, beaches and nightlife.

We have tried to make it a ‘home-from-home’ environment and have just about all you need for a comfortable holiday.

Bedrooms

The double room has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. 

The second bedroom has 2 sturdy single beds, a built in wardrobe.  All the beds have duvets.

For the little ones, we have a travel cot with bedding and a high chair.

We have also a hair dryer so you don’t have to worry about packing one in your case!

Living area

We have 2 double settees, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD to play your music and watch films. Some books to relax with on the patio and air conditioning if it gets too hot!

Kitchen and utility area

Our kitchen is a good size and is fully kitted out with just about everything you need to either snack or cook a full scale meal! 

The utility area has an outside sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and a small shed.

The apartment is fully cleaned and maintained by our key-holder before your visit to ensure your comfort is met from day one.

Bathroom

Is fully tiled with a full size bath with power shower, toilet and bidet. 

We have full sets of towels enough for 4 people.

Patio and garden

The patio overlooks a green and local residents.  On a clear day, you can see the Mar Menor whilst you sip your wine and relax.

There is a small garden at the front of the patio.
