For all rentals, a refundable holding deposit of £50.00 will be required in case of damages. This will be refunded in the UK when apartment is checked by keyholder following your stay.
There is a 35 Euro cleaning charge that is paid locally to the keyholder on collection of the apartment keys at the start of your holiday.
Holidays that breach over from one season to the other will be charged at the rate stated in that season. I.E: 1st day of holiday – 28th April 2008 for one week will be charged at Low Season rate. 1st day of holiday 30th October 2008 for one week will be charged at High Season. Subsequent weeks will fall into respective seasons and will be charged at that rate.
Example:
30th March for 2 weeks. Week 1 = £150. Week 2 = £250
30th October for 2 weeks. Week 1 = £250. Week 2 = £150
Included in the price per week is a meter card for the control of the air conditioning/heating unit. Further cards can be purchased locally for the equivalent euro cost of £10.
Optional extra
Our key holder can also supply a provision pack for when you arrive. This will be general grocery supplies to get you started. It will cost no more than 20 euros for the groceries (plus 5 euros charge). This is very helpful if you have a late flight or arrive on a Sunday or national holiday.
