Price List

For all rentals, a refundable holding deposit of £50.00 will be required in case of damages.  This will be refunded in the UK when apartment is checked by keyholder following your stay.

There is a 35 Euro cleaning charge that is paid locally to the keyholder, on collection of the apartment keys at the start of your holiday 

Included in the price per week is a metre card for the control of the air conditioning/heating unit. Further cards can be purchased locally for the equivalent euro cost of £10.  

 Optional extra

 Our key holder can also supply a provision pack for when you arrive. This will be general grocery supplies to get you started. It will cost no more than 20 euros for the groceries (plus 5 euros charge). This is very helpful if you have a late flight or arrive on a Sunday or national holiday.

 Airport runs available but recommend to have a hire car
